Do my rewards have an expiration date?
Cents per gallon rewards expire on the last day of the month plus 2 months after they are earned. For example, if you earn a reward on June 20th, your rewards will expire on August 31st. You can see your expiring rewards in the app by clicking on the fuel pump icon on the home screen. Your Rocket Rewards monthly account statement email will also show your expiring rewards. Merchandise discounts and free products do not expire as long as the offer is available in-store. Once a club offer ends, you will have 30 days to redeem any free products you have in your account. If a club offer is active, your free item(s) will not expire.
How do I change my Alt ID?
To update your Alt ID, simply update your phone number in the Profile screen.
How do I earn rewards at a Rocket Fuels location?
Scan the barcode in your Rocket Rewards app or enter your Alt ID at checkout to earn product discounts, free items and more.
How do I find my Alt ID?
Your Alt ID is the phone number you used when you created your Rocket Rewards account. You can find your Alt ID in the Profile screen or by pushing the barcode icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
Is there a per gallon limit to fuel savings?
Fuel discounts apply to a maximum of 20 gallons per transaction.
